| Global Consolidated Services (GCS Ltd) is a family owned New York based Travel Solutions provider and Tour Operation. In our Long Island offices we have over 40 staff between sales, support and operations. This allows us to draw on a vast pool of experience and knowledge to meet challenges and ultimately to continue taking the company forward. For 20 of our 30 year history our primary brand Sceptre Tours focused exclusively on running flights to Ireland. This model has changed but we continue to be the No1 operator from North America in to Ireland. In more recent times our business structure has evolved even further as we diversified our product base, with solid traffic being generated to the UK and Italy. We also worked even more closely with our Irish business partners by providing white label website solutions and full call center support. We believe though that we are about to embark on our most exciting development to date. Between 2008 – 2010 we have test marketed an exciting new concept focusing on the shoulder and off seasons of our industry partners. The success of this has now lead to the creation of Great Value Vacations. Since the commencement of this process we have seen substantial growth and as we head in to a new decade despite the challenges our industry constantly faces, the future looks bright. Core Products Sceptre Tours: Ireland, UK and Italy Tour Operation. Great Value Vacations: Offers led distribution channel assisting industry partners. Security As a full tour operator providing peace of mind to our trade customers and our end clients is paramount. To this end we have a full security arrangement with North Fork Bank. North Fork Bank (NFB) is a regional New York Bank with deposits totaling $16 billion and a branch network of 150 outlets throughout the metropolitan area. GCS has established a 100% Consumer Protection Program through a custody relationship with North Fork Bank’s Trust dept for the purpose of holding deposits received for is tour participants.
